Jerre Schwartz has an upright habit, and will look great in a large pot on the patio, or use it as a specimen in the border or lawn. The finely dissected foliage of this compact Japanese maple emerges each spring with a distinct pink flush, before becoming bronze-green and then green. In late summer red winged fruits develop and then in autumn, the leaves change colour again, this time to a vibrant red before they fall. Please note, this acer comes in a 14 litre pot.
